I am excited for Sweeney Todd this winter. I am, however, also concerned. I hear a hint of Jack Sparrow in Depp’s tone. Oh well, that might just be the British at work.
Anyway, Johnny Depp looks freakish so I’ll probably enjoy it. Wil says Edward Scissorhands comes to mind. Indeed, he does. I think Helena Bonham Carter is the one really channeling him, though. Watch the trailer:
